I was reading a new promotion from a ‘guru’ talking about his searching for new niches blah, blah blah. What was interesting was his need to keep searching for new niches.
What about all the prior niches?
Maybe this person isn’t such a guru after all.
Instead of continually searching for the next fools gold, how about taking hold of a niche and milking every dollar out of it?
Do you see successful online companies, focused on one niche, abandon their market and start searching to sell something else? No, of course not. Online shoe retailers continue to go deep selling shoes. They don’t look to start selling auto parts.
