FRAUD - Dorothy BellisarioDorothy Bellisario - This is a repeat fraudster. Be sure to ban her from buying anything from you. Her scheme is to make PayPal purchases using an echeck. Big surprise, there is nothing in her checking account. The echeck bounces and she gets your product for free. She also goes by the name Dorothy Harr, possibly a maiden name. I'm sure her husband and kids are very proud of her thieving ways.
