FRAUD - SERGEI MALTCHENKOSergei Maltchenko - our hero Sergei Maltchenko bought an autoresponder script then couldn't figure out how to open the script files to customize them. He asked for support help, which he then received. A few weeks later Sergei Maltchenko asked for a refund, claiming no support had been provided and that when the purchase was made it came with a refund policy. Bzzt. Wrong. Since the software script could not be returned it came with a no refund policy. Sergei Maltchenko had the bad sense to threaten extortion of the seller by suggesting that he would make fraudulent claims to PayPal about the seller.
