The Great Formula by Mark Joyner is one of the best marketing books EVER!. It is not possible in this review for me to put in words how good this book is.
Let me make it simple for you: Buy This Book Today - As in Now - As in Drop Everything and Get This Right Now.
The Great Formula is the sequel to the Irresistible Offer. I thought the Irresistible Offer was ok. Essentially, the whole book was summed up on the front cover. So I was extremely, and pleasantly surprised when I read the Great Formula.
Why are you still reading this? Didn't I tell you to drop everything and get this book?
In The Great Formula Mark Joyner breaks down the sales process for making money with any business. In his own way he makes issues really simple and provides examples in a manner that makes it impossible to disagree with what he is saying.
By itself, what Joyner writes makes this an excellent book.
But then The Great Formula includes contributing articles by 20 different experts. The length of the articles vary widely, but overall the quality is excellent. OK, that is an understatement. This is not a book you can read just once. My suggestion is to read it - front to back.
Then, go back through with a highlighter, pen, pencil, or whatever you used in college to highlight important parts of a text that you absolutely had to know for an exam. As you read, mark the important points so you can quickly find them later. Or, if you're like me, you do that and you keep a separate log of notes.
I've seen marketing courses costing many, many times more than this book, that do not come anywhere close to providing the quantity and quality of useful marketing tips that are packed in The Great Formula.
